Found a fantastic lj community deicated to teaching people to make icons / tutorials etc, so am now learning at a rate of knots. I'm amazed how simple it is, once you learn how, and how much of it is about special colour gradients and stuff like that. So two of these icons are ones I copied through the tutes (to learn how to do it) and two are ones I made earlier, before I discovered the community. (BTW, one is unfinished - the one with John and the speechbubble - so if anyone can think of what the hell he could be saying, and it should be funny, you will win an actual real cool prize, as in I'll really give you something. Awesome.)
