This is actually going well now. I'm heading for double the number of words I was on when I got stuck, and the plot is starting to thicken... there's a couple of things I'm concerned about a little, but I'm wondering if I'm just being too psychotic about my newest baby. It needs thinking about, like all things. As it is, I'm feeling happier about it - a lot happier. If it's working, even just a little, that makes me happy.

Yey! Congrats. :) You're doing much better than me. Yes, I'm still interested; I'm just struggling to come up with a basic concept. I had a wonderfully vivid dream the other day that could work if only I don't slip into any frustrating fantasy/historical drama clichés. I know the only thing we're really supposed to worry about is the length and completeness (Analyis-Related Interruption: Every bounded sequence has a convergent subsequence!), but I have to think a little about the story and structure, otherwise I'll never get anywhere.
