I am a slave to my obsessions. I admit it.

If I'm making a costume, it has to be as perfect as I can make it - the whole kit and caboodle. Which is why I just bought a second Stargate patch to go on the other sleeve of my camo jacket.

I'm a pilot of one of the F-302 gliders, which the Earth forces have reverse-engineered from the Goa'uld technology. (At least according to my badge.) I still want dog tags, which will happen eventually, and maybe a name strip... even a USAF patch too... (see what I mean? Slavery, it is!)

We've decided that Sammy can be my navigator, since she refuses to use a gun ^-^ I'll wear fatigues and she can sew her patches to a woolly jumper.

Dress-up is fun ^-^

Is there any more room in the team? I want a badge too! The only problem is that when I have the opportunity to get one the analytical and far too sensible side of my brain tells me to shut up as I don't actually need one (or more). Maybe when I have more money after Xmas or if I go on holiday. Enjoy the DVD boxset-ness of it all. Also do you know if the sky people are putting on season 9 at any point?

You can be part of my squadron, sure! I ended up making up a character for it as me and Sammy are going to be playing RPG by post, and we wanted to turn this into Stargate RPG ^-^ You can buythe badges reasonably cheaply from Ebay from an English seller, though not the F-302 one for some reason - that I'm importing like a good little obsessive.

Season 9 is due to start any time now, according to Jenny. I'm not watching it as I'm working my way through :)
