So I may have gone and done some flat viewings yesterday. I may have found a really wonderful place that I can afford and has no prior owner so I would be dealing with a company rather than some crazy bitch. I may have made an offer that the agent has assured me will be accepted come Monday. I may already be deciding how I'm going to arrange my furniture, and using the floorplans to estimate what size sofa will fit in the room and where my TV is going to go.

I'm in the process of purchasing a flat now which will hopefully go more smoothly than this previous one, for the simple reason that there is no Crazy Bitch already living there. I will let you know when it all goes through.
