ARGH.

Was talking about my novel project with my placement partners today, since they were interested, and Alex - who likes to wind me up, but in a nice way - criticised my plot, specifically the romance subplot. Now, I should be able to ignore this - I've plotted this carefully, I like it, everyone who's read it has liked it.

But he's fucking jinxed me. Now I'm sitting here and failing to convince myself it isn't stupid. I'm so angry right now, at me and him. Because yesterday this was easy.
