Email blues

I've had it for years now, and my interests have changed, and it no longer fits me (in fact, since I always have to spell it out longhand for everyone ever, because its terrible to try and spell, it should make my life easier to have a different one.)
The problem is, everywhere I have tried, Tahariel is already taken as a username. And I hate hate hate having to add numbers to the end of things like that, but can't think of a good modifier or different username.
(I refuse to get Hotmail, because for whatever reason I just hate their interface etc.)
Can anyone suggest a good change for Tahariel to make it into a usable username? Or a good, small email client that might not have used it already?
ETA: Okay, I found a mail provider - mail.com - that had tahariel free. So I'm trying it out to see if I like it before telling you all to start using it exclusively. But could some of you send some random email to tahariel{at}earthling.net so that I can see what I think? I don't care what you say, you can write a load of gobbledegook for all I care, just please help me test it :)
