Another new banner! It's McShep (surprised?) and, yes, big .png file. I like it when you leave feedback, things you like and don't like. Yes, this is me asking :)
Ooh, I like that one. :) Although it sounds like the strangest, most unhelpful piece of feedback ever, I think the aeroplane emblems are cute and give the image a lot of character (non-character-related character). And, as usual, your colours are top notch.
If anything, I'd say that the vertical text on the lefthand side looks a tad too sharp next to the 'plane, but I don't know whether that's got something to do with the resolution that I'm seeing it at.
Anyways, how did the Atlantis evening go? I'm really sorry that I couldn't make it. I've been told to watch a lot more of it by a couple of uni friends recently.
The aeroplane is really unfocused because it's supposed to be much smaller but I blew it up bigger and now it is big, so yes, the text is sharper. But if I unsharpened the text you wouldn't be able to read it. So... catch 22.
SGA is my loveliest love evah XD It was really fun. Plus we watched the 200th SG-1 episode, which is the funniest thing in the history of the universe (if you're a Stargate fan.) You can borrow my DVDs at some point if you like (but I need them for uni now so shhhh ^-^)
That was what I had guessed had happened. I suppose you could try going around the outline of the plane by yourself and filling it in, but that might make it look sharp to a silly degree.
My desktop's monitor has actually gone a bit funny in the middle, where everything that's displayed is blurry compared to the outsides, which is very annoying. It constantly makes me feel like I'm sleepy and I try to blink it away! Another annoyance is that my image program (the one that I've spent the past two years getting familiar with instead of Photoshop Elements) keeps deciding to corrupt any file that I'm working on at a random point in time. We don't know whether it's because I don't have enough memory or what. I've been working on a new DJ logo for my brother and it's all been corrupted twice now, so I'm going to have to start all over again. *sigh* Deary me.
And I won't take your SG DVDs away from you before uni, don't worry. I'll get to see some somehow. Will have to see if the sci-fi society is doing anything much this year (since I am being brave and stepping out into the wide world of uni life like I was supposed to do in first year). I do know one guy who has them all and whom I haven't spoken to in a while, so maybe SG would be a good way to re-initiate communications.
