On another note - I wasn't going to text in case you'd gone to bed. Tomorrow is fine, the show in Buckingham starts at 8pm. Shall we meet at the theatre around 2 - 2.15? Up to you.

Fine with me, see you then! I'm planning on leaving them a note in their letterbox tomorrow I think, avoid direct confrontation and hope it works. It's in the ownership covenant that if someone complains you have to turn it down, but I have no idea who they are, and don't much fancy finding out they're Not Very Nice and then having to live next door to them forever and ever.
