OK, here's the deal: The first player of this game starts with the "6 weird things/habits/truths about yourself" and people who get tagged need to write a blog of their 6 weird habits/things/truths, as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their comments and tell them to read yours.
1. Truth: I am obsessive compulsive. Mostly I can ignore it, but some things really set me off, and I get stuck in 'thought-loops' I can't escape of horrible things I didn't want to think of in the first place. Horrible thoughts, and because they get stuck I can't convince myself they're not going to happen. It doesn't help, having a fruitful imagination.
2. Habit: Sometimes when I get bored I take all my books off my bookshelves and lay them out on the floor by author and type, then put them back on my bookshelves in a new order organised by author and then by type, so epic fantasy, urban fantasy/horror, etc. I also used to do this with DVDs, but now I keep them in alphabetical order subsected by type. (Yes, I'm really anal.)
3. Weird thing: When I have an MRI scan the magnetism stimulates the neurones under the skin of my scalp and makes them twitch all by themselves - I have no conscious control over it, and they don't all do it at once, so it's very specific twitches that you couldn't do if you tried. Apparently it doesn't happen to many people, so that makes me either a) rare or b) a weirdo.
4. Truth: Sometimes I want so much to be with somebody, to be part of a pair and have someone to be close to and affectionate with, that I jump at shadows and then regret it later. Then I self-flagellate myself for not thinking before I do things, which is something I probably do too much of in the first place.
5. Habit: I check the same websites in the same order every time I go online, whether I went online earlier or not. It goes: Livejournal friend page, Livejournal Icon Tutorials, SGA fanfic writers...
6. Weird thing: I like eyeballs. I mean I really like them, they're really interesting. They don't weird me out or freak me out, and I was disappointed when we didn't get to dissect one in biology. I'm raring to go and start studying at university - I want to be there now!
