Those of you who spend time with me at school will know that I've been writing 'Hidden Thoughts', a sequel to 'Dirty Little Secrets'. You will also know how much trouble it's been giving me. I've come to a decision, finally, the one I really should have made to begin with.
I'm not enjoying writing Eli's POV, except in the cute bits, and a novel of cute bits doesn't work. If I'm not enjoying it, then what's the point? It'll never get finished like this.
I know some of you were looking forward to being inside Eli's head, so I apologise. But I actually can't do it without stressing myself out and, basically, depressing myself because of not enjoying it. So 'Hidden Thoughts' will be from Finn's POV once again.
Just a note: please don't bitch at me about giving up on Eli, because I did try. It would have been a good idea if I could have done it. But I decided to try it from Finn's POV and, in an hour, wrote half of what it took me four days to write in Eli's POV. What does that tell you?
