Street Rat by
lit_gal. Summary: In the movie, undercover cop Brian finds he can't turn his mark in. Dom--the head of a group of street racers who have been robbing truckers--gets hurt fleeing from arrest, but Brian gives the man his car and lets him take off. This picks up some time later, after Brian has left the force under some bad circumstances.
