(no subject)

Today I went to see my (ex!)teachers at school to discuss my resits. All of them were fine with what I've chosen and have offered help of various forms - hopefully one of the English staff will offer to mark my essays (not for free, of course.) It was so strange to be back there, though... I felt so much like an outsider there despite being so familiar with it all! There were these two tiny little year sevens and they were obviously looking for the rooms for their afternoon lessons during lunchtime. I ended up giving them pointers ^-^

All my Amazon stuff arrived yesterday/today as well - a whole bunch of what will probably turn out to be trashy paranormal romance novels (though the one I just read was really, really good) and my Stargate SG-1 Season 2 boxset. It's really bizarre - Season 1's disks were numbered 'Disk 1', 'Disk 2' etc, but this one starts with 'Volume 2', 'Volume 3...'. I can understand them changing it, but why start then with 2 instead of 6? o-0;;

I still want to know people's birthdays if I don't already have them.
